Growing Social Security Checks

Nothing is official yet, but next year we could see the most significant increase in Social Security checks since the early 80s.

While this is excellent news for most, it will have some negative consequences for a few.

Suppose you have a lower income and receive extra help on medications through a Low-Income Subsidy program? In that case, a large increase could potentially put someone above the income threshold for that program.
