Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies depending on your requests, appointments, application status, and insurance-service needs.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan. Medicare Advisors of Alabama does not charge a separate fee for sending or receiving text messages.
Delivery of text messages is subject to the availability and reliability of wireless-carrier networks. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by a mobile carrier or other circumstances outside our control.
SMS Opt-Out Instructions
You may withdraw your consent and stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to a message from us.
You may also use other commonly recognized opt-out words, including CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or REVOKE.
After an opt-out request is received, we may send one final confirmation message. We will then stop sending text messages to that mobile number unless you later provide new consent.
An SMS opt-out applies to text-message communications. It does not prevent us from communicating with you by another permitted method when necessary to respond to your request, provide insurance services, or comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
